A Claude Project that works as your full content team
One command and it handles research, ideation, writing, and repurposing across four platforms. Everything runs through your Voice skill, so output sounds like you wrote it.
You need three things ready before the Project setup. If you have not built them yet, do them now.
Install and Run the Voice Builder Skill
Your Voice skill is the multiplier. Every writing employee in this Project reads it before producing a single word. Without it, everything sounds like AI. With it, everything sounds like you.
You do not build it by hand. Download and install the Voice Builder Skill, then open your Business DNA Project and run it there. The skill handles everything automatically. It will ask you to upload sample content, extract your voice patterns, and generate your finished Voice skill for you. You do not need to follow a separate manual guide.
Run this skill inside your Business DNA Project, not in a standalone conversation. This ensures your voice data stays connected to your business context.
Verify Your ICP.md
Your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) is the audience document your content team reads before writing anything. It tells every skill who you are talking to: their role, their pains, their desires, their objections, and how they talk about their problems.
You created your ICP.md when you set up your Business DNA Project. It should already be uploaded in your project Files. If you have not built it yet, follow the guide below before continuing.
Connect Apify to Claude
Apify is the scraping engine that pulls real Instagram data into Claude. Without it, you are writing content from memory. With it, you are writing from data.
- Go to claude.ai and open any conversation.
- Click the plug icon (Connectors) in the bottom toolbar.
- Search for Apify and click Connect.
- Create a free Apify account at apify.com if you do not have one.
- Authorize Claude to use your Apify account.
- Done. Claude can now scrape Instagram for you inside any conversation.
The free Apify tier gives you enough credits to run content intel on 3 to 4 handles (yours plus 2 to 3 creators). That is plenty for a monthly research cycle.
Open Your Business DNA Project
You already built this project during your Business DNA setup. You are not creating a separate project here. Every content intel skill, knowledge file, and instruction gets added to the same Business DNA Project you already have.
- Go to claude.ai and click Projects in the left sidebar.
- Open your existing Business DNA Project.
- You will see two sections: Instructions and Files. The following steps tell you exactly what goes where.
Keeping everything in one project makes the system smarter over time, because Claude learns from every conversation you have inside it.
We recommend keeping everything in one project rather than creating separate projects for each workflow. One project means Claude has full context on your brand, audience, and voice every time you start a conversation.
Set Up Your Favorite Creators Sheet
Instead of a static file, you will use a Google Sheet called Favorite Creators. This is the list of accounts the Content Intel Agent researches when you say "run my content intel." Because it is a live sheet, you can update it anytime without re-uploading anything to your Project.
Create a Google Sheet called Favorite Creators. Add one tab per platform you want to research (start with Instagram).
In the Instagram tab, list one handle per row. That is it. No headers needed. Just the handles:
@yourhandle
@competitor1
@competitor2
@competitor3
Put your own handle first, then 2 to 3 direct competitors, then any creators in adjacent niches whose content you want to study.
The system scrapes every handle it finds in the sheet. If you want smarter analysis (like separating competitor ideas from adjacent niche ideas), you can add a second column with a note like "competitor" or "adjacent," but it is optional. Handles alone work.
Creating this sheet is required. Name it exactly Favorite Creators so the system can find it. As long as the sheet exists in your Google Drive with that name, you are ready.
Connecting the sheet to your project is optional, but it helps. Attaching it keeps the sheet one click away and gives Claude the context every time: open your Business DNA Project, go to the Files section, click the Google Drive icon, search for your Favorite Creators sheet, and select it. Connected or not, the system reads it live, so any handle you add later is included in the next run automatically.
Do not limit this to direct competitors. Add creators whose content you admire, even if they are in a completely different niche. The system will pull hook patterns and content structures that you can adapt to your own space.
Install Your Skills
Download each skill file below and install it on your Claude account. These are the employees your Business DNA Project will call on.
- Download the .skill file from the link below.
- Go to claude.ai > Settings > Skills.
- Click Add Skill and upload the .skill file.
- It will appear in your skills list. Done.
Install these skills:
-
Content Manager
This is your CMO. It routes every request to the right skill, enforces platform rules, and quality-checks every output through your voice.
Download Content Manager drive.google.com→
The Content Manager is the orchestrator. It calls every other skill in this list automatically. You still need to install all the skills below because the Content Manager routes work to them.
-
Content Intel Agent
This is the skill that handles all research. When you say "run my content intel," this is what does the work.
Download Content Intel Agent drive.google.com→ -
Content RepurposerDownload Content Repurposer drive.google.com→
-
Scroll-Stopping Hook GeneratorDownload Hook Generator drive.google.com→
-
Social CaptionsDownload Social Captions drive.google.com→
-
Reel ScriptwriterDownload Reel Scriptwriter drive.google.com→
You should also have your Voice skill already installed from Step 0A. The Voice skill is non-negotiable. Every output runs through it.
Install the Content Manager Skill
The Content Manager is your CMO. It handles all routing, research, writing, and quality checks. Instead of pasting long instructions into your Project, you install one skill file and it orchestrates everything.
This is your CMO. It routes every request to the right skill, enforces platform rules, and quality-checks every output through your voice.
- Download the .skill file from the link above.
- Go to claude.ai > Settings > Skills.
- Click Add Skill and upload the content-manager.skill file.
- Open your Business DNA Project. You do not need to paste any instructions. The Content Manager skill handles all routing, platform rules, character limits, and output formats automatically.
Test Your System
Open a new conversation inside your Project and run these tests to make sure everything works.
Test 1: Intel
Type: Run my content intel. It should read your Favorite Creators Google Sheet, use Apify to scrape the handles, and deliver a full report with hook bank, audience language, gap analysis, and 3 ideas.
Test 2: Repurpose
Take one idea from the intel report and type: Turn idea #1 into content. It should produce 4 platform posts plus a carousel draft and reel draft, all in your voice.
Test 3: Voice Check
Read every output out loud. Does it sound like you or does it sound like AI? If it sounds off, refine your Voice skill and run again.
Test 4: Character Limits
Check that Instagram posts are under 2,200 characters, LinkedIn under 3,000, and Threads under 500. If anything is over, the instructions need tightening. (They should not be, but verify.)
Commands Your System Supports
You do not need to memorize exact phrases. Say what you need and the system routes to the right skill.
Research
Content Creation
Ideas
Repurposing
Re-run every 30 days
Hooks stop working. Competitors shift. Your audience's language evolves. The system is designed to be re-run, not set and forgotten. Each new intel report replaces the old one and every downstream skill gets smarter.
